Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing and shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery during these times. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Cost: Free on all U.S. orders
  • Estimated Transit Time: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary based on external factors such as weather conditions, holiday seasons, or carrier-related delays.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information is typically updated within 24 hours of shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Declan Depot is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees applied to your order. Any charges incurred during or after shipping (such as customs tariffs or taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.


Damaged or Lost Packages

Declan Depot is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Be sure to retain all packaging materials and the damaged items when filing your claim.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are limited to customers within the United States.
